I see where the confusion lies. Our site lists both the 2017 Lexus NX 200t and the 2017 Lexus NX Turbo. These are different ways of referring to the same SUV.

The Thule T2 Pro XTR # TH69TX for 4 bikes or the # TH83JV measures 5" from the hitch pin hole when folded up. Since you measured 5-6" from the hitch pin hole to the rear of your bumper, this bike rack will not be able to fold up when installed on your 2016 Lexus NX 200t. The Saris SuperClamp EX 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches # SA4026F measures 5-1/4" from the hitch pin hole when folded, so this may not be a great option either.

For your 2018 Lexus NX300 F Sport, you will want to use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13337, not the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75956 which is designed for a NX 200t and will not fit a NX300. The owners manual of your 2015 Lexus NX200t doesn't specifically state a tongue weight rating, instead it states the tongue weight is to be between 9 and 11 percent of the gross trailer weight as long as your hitch can support that. It then states on page 182 of the online manual that the trailer should not exceed 2000 lbs which would mean the max tongue weight they specify is 220 lbs max.
